Since the beginning of her career in Real Estate, back in 2003. Bec has succeeded in a mind-boggling array of achievements and has hands on skills in a variety of areas, proving that she really is the best person in her field.

Bec’s story sees a Farm Girl go to the big city, excel as a Salesperson where relationship, knowledge, and ‘can do’ country attitude culminated.

She Won REIWA’s award for being the States Top Salesperson for Listings Sold, Won the Professionals Real Estate Award for the States Top Representative by number of Sales, was a Top 10 Achiever for the Professionals Group and Won the prestigious Award for the Most Valued Professional, making her the most highly acclaimed Professional in WA and Northern Territory out of 62 offices and 300 Sales
Representatives.

Bec also has a background in Investment, Development and Renovation/Refurbishment plus a portfolio of her own. She has also completed her Diploma in Real Estate.

Whilst her Real Estate career has ‘more than’ fulfilled her, there was one void that wasn’t being fulfilled. Her ‘Inner Farmer’ was calling.

In 2010, she purchased her own farm. A farm which she runs herself, where she breeds beef cattle and produces hay. Rebecca isn’t afraid of getting her hands dirty, she can milk cows, pull calves, operate machinery and knows the fine line between making a profit and a loss. She is passionate about everything farming, from soils, seeds to fodder and healthy animals.

Now that Bec has been able to combine her 2 true loves, Real Estate and Farming, she can share her knowledge and offer her clients assistance like no other.

Bec’s easy going and honest nature belies her hard-headed business background and ability as a dogged negotiator. When you are competing with other properties for the best buyers’ dollar you really need the best negotiator on your side. Bec goes the extra mile to ensure you receive every dollar that is out there and always works to ensure every condition of your sale is fulfilled.

Uniquely, Bec also offers her clients a full pre-sale service where she will advise on renovation/ refurbishment, presentation and marketing. Then handle the sale with grace and ease.
